| Details: | Ramona Quinn of Klamath County Health received a call from the new operator Carly Gilder who informed us of a violation for not reporting routine coliform sampling for July-September 2018. Cross-referencing the database, there is a routine sample from August 1, 2018 and, therefore, a violation should not have been entered. I am requesting removal of this violation. She also has requested the contact info be updated to her name and phone number. I will submit a change form also today to compliance. |
