Details: | Survey Deficiency Updates 04.25.2024-memebrane deficiency corrected. Conditional approval granted for the new filtration system. Operator informed DWS that the new filter is installed. BLM can begin using the new filtration on May 1st in accordance with rule requirements stated in the conditional approval letter. Regarding the pilot study mentioned in the conditional approval letter, DWS is allowing the pilot study to be performed after the final plan review approval. Pilot study can be demonstrated through the SWTR forms submitted to DWS on a monthly basis. 03.18.2024-DWS received drawings, product data and plan review fee for new filtration project. Project included the installation of a new compliance Harmsco cartridge filtration system to replace the existing Seccua membrane filtration system no longer able to be operated and monitored in accordance with OARs. The existing membrane filter will remain installed and act as a pre-filter to the new cartridge filter. 02.20.2024-David Funderburk contacted me via email. He provided an action plan to resolve the membrane deficiency. The plan is to add an LT2 Cartridge and modify contact time. Next steps: Plan review submission due on 02.23.2024. Begin work on 03.27.2024. Complete Work by 04.01.2024 Request Final Approval on 04.04.2024. Time extension granted. membrane deficiency corrective action due date extended to 05.31.024. |
