| Details: | Contacted water system operator at 1:15 pm on 2/21/2024. The operator stated that they corrections for the deficiencies have been made and that they will email pictures of the vent on the wellhead. In addition, the operator stated that they (GAIL FAhLMAN) submitted to OHA the PWS certification this morning and they received a confirmation email. Emailed Carolyn Clemmons for confirmation. Sent an email to the water system operator on 2/22/2024 at 3:35 pm to make sure the operator had email to send pictures. I also provided the contact information for Carolyn Clemmons to send the certification packet to. |
