| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Pete Farrelly of OHA reached out to the circuit rider on behalf of Daniel Osborn of Columbia County for assistance regarding a recently discovered tank connected to the water system at Deer Island Village MHP. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider spoke to the staff at Deer Island Village and reviewed documentation and photographs from Daniel Osborn of the tank and potential connection to the existing system. The tank appears to be an old pressure tank that is still physically connected to the system, but “valved off”. Deer Island Village confirmed that they are working with Crow Water out of Scappoose to verify this and physically disconnect the tank from the system.
