Details:	NCPHD received a voicemail from Heather, Tygh Valley Water District Bookkeeper, about having questions about the significant violations. NCPHD looked over the recent water survey and informed Heather that NCPHD will provide the required documents via email and have Dan reply for a timeframe he can get the significant violations corrected. NCPHD has sent all the necessary documents via email to help the operator correct significant violations and the recent water system survey, along with the system survey letter as a reference.
