| Details: | Rachel called to report that all five confirmation samples tested positive and that a boil water notice was issued to the users. I informed her that since the samples test positive for Total Coliform, but not E. coli, that a boil water notice was not required. We discussed flushing the system, shock chlorination (if possible), and ensuring the UV treatment is functioning properly. A follow-up email was sent as well | ||
