| Details: | On 2/22 DWS was notified this system received 2 +TC detections (-EC) at their Paul St. and Fox Glove routine coliform sampling sites. Since they have had multiple coliform investigations they are required to complete a Level 2 investigation, done by the regulator and this was completed on 2/26. The repeat and triggered source assessment samples were collected and three of the repeat sample sites came back positive at Paul St., Fox Glove, and 1000 N Pershing. | ||
