| Details: | Called Yanira Vera at 9:00am on 2/29/24, and let her know that the routine samples were positive and that the repeat samples were not required, but that the Level 1 investigation is still required. Asked her to call me back and follow up regarding a check-in on that investigation progress. Told her to call us with any questions through the process. Called Yanira Vera at 11:30am on 3/1/24. Yanira thinks the contamination may result from water sitting stagnant in the distribution since the camp has been empty for a while and the water has been turned off. She will go out on-site next week and complete the investigation forms and will determine the best corrective action at that time. I sent a follow up email mentioning the possibility of meeting Yanira on-site to complete the Water System Survey at the same time. Called Yanira on 3/12/2024. She stated that they are done with the L1 investigation and are sending it to us. I discussed with her about taking special samples prior to their next set of routine samples to assure that there is to TC in the distribution. - CT Sent an email to Yanira on 03/15/2024 to follow up on where they are with the investigation. Also reminded the operator to take their three temporary routine samples. |
