Details: The system received a violation for failing to submit 4th quarter RAD results on time. The system provided lab chain-of-custody forms documenting the samples were collected on December 18, 2023 within the monitoring period. Once results are submitted (they are expected soon), violation #903356631 will return to compliance. DWS staff advised consider collecting RAD samples earlier in the month and closely monitoring lab submission to prevent future reporting violations.
