Details:	03.25.2024-03.25.24 - Boil water advisory lifted. The Disinfection Verification Form provided by Steve (Civil West) was reviewed and approved. Starting today (03.25.2024) the system will maintain a minimum of 1.5 mg-L free chlorine at the 1st user to ensure 4-log viral disinfection - Treatment code Z361. Mark reported that he has already been maintaining chlorine levels above 1.5 mg-L for the several days. Next steps: The system has to complete the plan review approval process. A Microscopic Particulate Analysis is required. Steve, with Civil West, will assist with the MPA. 03.05.2024-Confirmation samples came back showing the presence of E. coli. The source is now confirmed E. coli contaminated. The boil water advisory will remain in place until the system can demonstrate that the level of chlorine in the water can achieve 4-log viral inactivation. Circuit Rider assistance was requested to help the system determine contact time and CT required. 03.04.2024-An assessment sample was TC+ and E. coli positive. The samples were taken on a stormy day and the tap was not heated during sample collection. The tap was cleaned with hand sanitizer and peroxide, allowed to run for a while and then the sample was collected. Five confirmation source samples will be collected today.
