| Details: | Site visit completed at Wells Creek RV Resort with State. Due to recent survey and site visit level 2 investigation was not formerly completed. Possible sources of contamination were discussed with operator. This included items noted in survey such as well casing not water tight, no backflow protection, and unknown construction of new line in distribution system. However, February sample was negative for total coliform. |
