| Details: | Contacted Steve Albin with Pioneer Park on 03/4/2024 @ 2:25 pm. I discussed the required corrections needed for the deficiencies listed in the 2023 sanitary survey letter. The operator stated that the corrections were sent into the state. Discussed with operator about sending the corrections to Polk County Environmental Health. Operator stated that they will find out what email everything was sent to and call back. | ||
