| Details: | Called to discuss the two repeat samples that triggered a Level 2 Coliform Investigation. The cause of the contamination is unclear, but PIC was informed that additional coliform samples as not required at this time. We also discussed that their triennial water system survey is due this year and that Greg would follow-up to schedule a time. | ||
