Details:	Emailed Doug and Donald and reminded them that the significant deficiency corrections are due by 03/20/2024 at ORCHARD HEIGHTS WATER ASSN (water system ID# 00783). A link to the deficiencies were provided. It was noted that if more time was needed, a corrective action plan would need to be submitted to our department for approval.
