| Details: | Discussion about whether the current minimum pH and alkalinity values are set artificially high. System is doing voluntary six-month rounds to gather data to set minimums closer to the minimums for North Clackamas County Water Commission's treatment plant that they purchase water from. The data from their fall round of lead and copper sampling will be used along with one six-month investigative round of data to be collected this spring. If the spring data does not support modifying the current minimums, a second six-month round will be required. | ||
