Details: Held call with operator and city manager regarding unresolved deficiencies. Corrections or corrective action plans are due by 3/20/2024 for the following deficiencies identified during the December 2023 survey:
  • Monitoring not current for coliform, SOCs, and LCR
  • No certified operator at required level
Coliform deficiency rectified after December 2023 sample was submitted. SOC sample will be collected on 3/20/24. Operator is compiling list of new LCR sampling sites, the 5 additional lead and copper samples will be collected between 6/1 - 9/30, 2024. Under certified operator procedure has been signed. Procedure and LCR compliance plan will be emailed to operator by 3/20/24.
