| Details: | Triggered sample positive E.coli following routine TC+ 3/6. Called operator Ben and discussed need for boil water notice. System sells water to Arrowood 01525 which also had TC+ in distribution and will also issue boil alert. Called and emailed both operators boil water template and instructions to bath chlorinate well to 10 mg/l. System will have to find and fix and follow up samples must be all absent to lift boil notice. | ||
