| Details: | NCPHD met with Robert Hughes to look over their Operations and Maintenance manual. I explained to Robert the process, requirements, and purpose of the manual. Robert and I agreed to extend the deadline to May 31, 2024. Robert will talk to the water operator to get a general outline to prepare the manual and send a rough draft the week of March 18, 2024, to look over. I will work with the operator to ensure the manual complies with DWS. | ||
