Details:	The operator emailed me a corrective action plan. They've sealed the gap on Well #1 and sent me a picture of it. They've ordered a free chlorine residual testing kit, and NSF certified chlorine. They've paid their chlorinator plan review fee and are working on gathering the necessary documents for plan review submittal.
