Details:	I spoke with Matt Lydon the water system operator regarding the violation for not submitting coliform samples for February 2024. We also discussed the status of the sited significant deficiencies from the last water system survey. Additional updates are pending based on OHA-DWS awaiting information to be submitted by the water system.
