| Details: | Brad Daniels, Angela, and myself met via teleconference regarding the lack of required treatment. The system installed UV lights in response to multiple positive total coliform results. The UV lights are required to complete plan review. Angela agreed to complete the plan review process. Oregon drinking water services elected to not pursue enforcement at this time. | ||
