| Details: | Contacted water operator in regards to the late non-reporting source sample and following up with the level 1 investigation. Looking at the coliform results on data online, it appears that the sample was taken at the well but was labeled as a repeat sample. Asked water operator to send me copies of the water sample paperwork to verify. Will follow up with DMCE. | ||
