| Details: | Today a phone call was made to the system regarding their recent Nitrate sample results that exceeded 50% of the MCL. The contact was unaware of the test results and resulting water quality alert. It was discussed that the system will be required to take quarterly nitrate source samples to help determine whether or not the system is exceeding the MCL through seasonal changes. A chemical change form was submitted to change the facility's nitrate sampling to quarterly. | ||
