| Details: | Pump replacement and wellhead repair taking place upon EH arrival. Sanitary Survey will be rescheduled. EH toured reservoir; no chlorinator in use, however, operator is batch chlorinating. EMAIL FOLLOW UP 3/15: Operator advised to cease batch chlorination and determine need for treatment. If required, install a proper chlorinator and ensure that any chemical product used for drinking water is certified for that purpose. A Plan Review is required for any significant change in equipment and/or operation! |
