| Details: | NCPHD spoke with JD about the significant deficiency in the operation and maintenance manual. I explained the importance of the manual and asked about a timeframe to have this corrected. JD stated he could start working on the manual today and be able to complete it before the 1st week of April. I sent JD via email the documentation and extended the corrective timeframe to April 5, 2024. | ||
