| Details: | Operator called to say that he had taken his 3 repeats, one came back positive and he contacted Alyson Reynolds. When he retook the sample it came back negative. Operator has turned in the level 1 paper work and shocked the well. I instructed the operator to take 3 routine samples for the month of January. | ||
