Details:	I sent Mr. Carey an email regarding two violations that were issued. One for failure to submit a nitrate sample for calendar year 2023. The other for failing to submit a monthly coliform sample for the month of February 2024. I requested that they submit a nitrate sample within 30 days and reminded them to submit a monthly coliform sample by March 31, 2024.
