| Details: | On Saturday, March 16, a filter effluent valve was not fully closed during the backwash which caused a slug of high turbidity water to move through the plant. The valve was open for 11 minutes and caused the combined filter effluent to reach just over 1 NTU for 14 minutes. The valve, along with many other valves at the plant, are scheduled for replacement during the plant shutdown in the next two months. | ||
