| Details: | Christina Tisdell sent out copy of "failure to correct deficiencies" letter requiring tier 2 public notice or a corrective action plan due by April 18th, 2024. Letter notes that if a corrective action plan is not completed by April 18th, 2024, the tier 2 public notice must be issued and sent out within 30 days of the date on this letter (letter dated March 19th). Email correspondence with Steve has also taken place - on 3/16/24 Steve emailed that he is still working on correcting this issue and is working with two residents at the water system to potentially become certified water systems operators. |
