| Details: | Emilio e-mailed 3/11/24 explaining that the previous week they had a company "aggressively" shock chlorinate the system. On 3/20/24 he provided absent coliform test results. I explained to include their PWS number on the water tests and submit to DWS and provided the various ways of doing this. I reminded him to take monthly coliform tests. I also reminded him of the letter "Installation of treatment to maintain a disinfectant residual due to persistent coliform bacteria" which was sent to the firm 11/17/23 and has a 5/15/24 installation date. I mentioned the requirement for plan review and contact info to get that started. |
