Details: AWOP Call - Called [operator name] to discuss most recent cyanotoxin detections.

Findings: Operator had not visited watershed in awhile and was unaware of any recent changes. Coagulant dosing is manually adjusted based on turbidity only. Chlorine residual was monitored continuously. No PAC or GAC treatment is available.

Activities Completed: Assisted with guiding operator in developing a cyanotoxin response plan. Evaluated disinfection using Cyanotox spreadsheet. Provided chemical dosing SOP template.

Recommendations: Continue work on developing response plan and chemical dosing SOP and send to [AWOP Staff Name & email address] for feedback.
