| Details: | I spoke with Mr.McCoy on the phone about his positive coliform test and made sure he was aware that he needs a triggered source sample as well as a repeat routine sample from distribution as soon as possible. He understood this and said that he had not taken the samples yet but he is prepared to and will get them in as soon as possible. | ||
