Details:	Visited with Scott about the need to take a triggered sample at the well head and three repeat distribution samples, one from break room sink. If those are absent, three temporary routine samples will be required in April. If those are absent, the firm will be back on one distribution sample per calendar quarter. During our visit I also discussed the conditional approval still pending and asked for Scott to followup with Keith Male to work towards getting plan review finalized.
