Details: Phone contact with system contact. System did intend to take repeats but company preforming repeats was not available until after ten day window for submitting repeats, system noted it will fill out coliform sampling plan and address sampling for follow up coliform samples. System plans to sample again in April and LCPH will follow up regarding advisory and water test.
