| Details: | Mark called to notify us that one of the repeat samples from the distribution came back positive for total coliform. A level 1 investigation is required. Nathaniel Tisdell and I stopped by Mallard Creek Golf Course. We helped Mark start the level 1 investigation. Areas of concern are the golf cart wash hose connection, the valve upstream from the golf cart wash area, and the hose connection for the golf ball washing area. Mark will finish filling out the level investigation form within the required 30 day window. Three more repeats are still required next month as the system is on a quarterly sampling schedule. |
