| Details: | I called and spoke with Justin McMullen regarding the recent positive e. coli water sample result. Justin told me he has already collected the Repeat and Triggered samples yesterday evening (3/26) and taken them into the lab at 6 AM this morning. We discussed that at the time of the positive e. coli sample, the system's chlorine residual showed to be 0.00 ppm as well. Justin found that injection check valve had plugged up, he cleaned it yesterday and says the residual should be around 0.2 ppm at the time the repeat samples from distribution were collected. Based on the repeat/triggered sample results will determine the next steps of corrective action and/or public notice if applicable. |
