| Details: | NCPHD contacted Dan regarding updates for the operations and maintenance manual. He will get in touch with NCPHD on Friday to provide updates after discussing the matter verbally with their board. I have checked DWS for the chemical schedule, and all chemicals have been updated for sampling. The significant deficiency has been corrected. | ||
