| Details: | Dan contacted NCPHD about a violation and was confused since they're up-to-date on their sampling. After reviewing the DWS website, it was found that the sample date was 12/13/2022 and was received on 3/1/2023 for SOC - HEPTACHLOR late/nonreporting violation. I advised Dan to obtain a digital lab result for that day and send it to Chuck Michaels and DWS compliance via email to have the violation corrected. | ||
