| Details: | 10:51 a.m. - Contacted Anne-Marie about positive quarterly coliform test. Advised need to review next steps with her. Left message to return my call. Anne-Marie returned my call. I advised 3 repeats in distribution, one at positive site, and need to take 3 TG source samples. Anne-Marie told me that they have not been using source #4, it is not available... shut off. May use later in year. I advised that she needs to do sources in use 1 and 2. On the repeats the chlorine residual needs to be recorded on the sample form. In February there needs to be 3 more samples called temporary routines taken and reported. Improper procedure was used to take samples from spigot - spigot was flushed, then turned off and turned on again just prior to taking sample. Reviewed sampling protocols and advised to follow instructions on the back of the sample submission form. |
