| Details: | I spoke with Mike Ingraham about the recent triggered positive sample result after the initial positive routine sample result for coliform. I mentioned that since Birkenfeld Water Association is an OVS - Oregon Very Small water system, the Level 1 Coliform Investigation is not technically a requirement for an OVS system in this case (as it would be for a Community Water System serving 25+ people per day), but this is more of a recommendation to identify would might have contributed to the positive result. Mike requested the Level 1 Coliform Investigation form, which I then forwarded to him by email. | ||
