| Details: | There was an error in the SDWIS alert system so there was a month delay in receiving it. I spoke with the operator concerning the exceeded arsenic test result. He told me that after he called a professional pump company to investigate that they said the treatment system wasn't flushing and instead shutting off. I tried to contact the pump company that serviced the treatment system and left a voicemail. I will be calling them again tomorrow to get a thorough explanation of the changes that took place. |
