| Details: | DWS received routine coliform results for Mount Angel showing 4 positive total coliform results (-EC) on March 26th. The operator took the necessary repeats (original, downstream, and upstream) as well as triggered well source samples on March 27th. 6 of the repeat results came back total coliform positive (-EC). Operator believes the routine and repeat +TC samples are the result of distribution system and hydrant flushing the week of March 25-29th. Flushing event continued during the repeat +TC detections. The water system is working with engineers to install disinfection treatment at Well 6. Well 7 disinfection treatment is already in place. The engineering firm is hoping to have everything installed and running by the end of April. | ||
