| Details: | NCPHD spoke with Kevin about the significant deficiencies update. Kevin informed me he is not in Oregon but he will be able to provide photo documentation on April 23, 2024, and speak with the Forest Service about creating the operation and maintenance manual. We agreed the deadline will be extended to May 3, 2024. He mentioned that his company will be not the water masters this year and is unsure who it will be, but he will provide the forest service contact information for an administrative contact update. | ||
