| Details: | Phone contact with operator regarding recent bacterial test in distribution. discussed time line for repeats and having system take 3 repeats in the distribution nd 1 source sample at the well. Discussed continued boil advisory for water system regarding original E.coli alert. System repeat samples were present for bacteria in the distribution and well. Level 2 investigation will be conducted and the system will continue monthly monitoring. Boil water advisory will remain in place until bacteria samples are absent for bacteria and E.coli. |
