| Details: | A letter was mailed to the water system operator using a template provided by DWS titled: “Failure to Take Corrective Action Template for Groundwater Systems”. The letter was sent because the public water system failed to make corrections of significant rule violations, within 120 days, following the water system survey conducted on 8/30/18 (reported dated 9/7/18). A full copy of this letter is available to view at Hood River County Health Department, Environmental Health Office upon request. A copy of the letter was also sent to the operator via email today. |
