| Details: | 4/3: The operator emailed the arsenic public notice to residents and I was copied. 4/4: I called the owner regarding the arsenic exceedance and left a voicemail. I've been included in emails between the engineering company, and owner about progress of the arsenic treatment system. There have been several delays. They have not installed the new treatment system as of yet. A Notice of Intent to Impose Civil Penalties letter was given to the owner last week. The engineering company is waiting on a comprehensive treatment plan from the equipment manufacturer after submitting water samples to the manufacturer. |
