| Details: | 04.15.2024-RP samples came back absent of coliform contamination. TG sample testes TC positive and E. coli negative. No additional samples required at this time. Next Steps: I advised Waylon to inspect the wellhead for any pathways for contamination into the well and verify that the chlorination system is working. chlorine values are not reported on the routine sample lab results. 04.11.2024-The RT sample collected on April 9 tested TC positive. I emailed Waylon with instructions to collect three RPs and one TG sample. Waylon was reminded not to take corrective actions prior to collecting the repeat samples. |
