Details:	NCPHD spoke with Todd regarding the missing routine sampling for coliform for January and February. Todd was perplexed about receiving violations since he follows a quarterly sampling schedule. I assured him I would contact Chuck Michaels for guidance to remove the violations and avoid any future violations regarding this topic.
