| Details: | Mannings Country Kitchen was contacted about receiving a TCR violation and it is the system’s 2nd quarterly violation in the last year. This violation was for nonreporting of a total coliform sample in the first quarter. The system needs to collect a coliform sample this month (and report by the 10th of next month) and a 2nd sample sometime this quarter (at least 1 week after the first sample). Failure to complete both of these steps will result in their system changing to a monthly schedule. This was explained to the restaurant owner in email. He is a new owner as of March 2024. | ||
