| Details: | 4/4: I performed a site visit and collected two arsenic samples. One was from the pump room and one from a resident's bathroom. A professional pump company had recently serviced the treatment system. The filter head was rebuilt on the filtration system and an automatic shutoff valve was fixed that was previously not closing when the filtration system was flushing/regenerating. 4/12: I received the arsenic results from the lab. The entry point arsenic result (.0233 mg/l) and one at distribution (.0228 mg/l) were both over the MCL. I called the operator and informed them of the results. I emailed a public notice to the owner to distribute. 4/15: I spoke with the operator again and the pump company was unable to service it over the weekend but will be visiting the park today or tomorrow to service the treatment system. |
